This includes new high voltage substations, water connection, and temporary utility supplies. All works are being coordinated to align with the construction of the 76-storey tower and wider mixed-use scheme.

Domis Utilities are managing the transformation of Rylands and the delivery of a new high voltage substation. Located in the heart of Central Manchester, this key infrastructure was completed to programme and integrated into one of the city’s most prominent mixed-use developments.

Supporting the transformation of Cornbrook, Domis Utilities are delivering essential infrastructure to one of the area’s flagship residential developments. Works consist of the installation of a new high voltage substation, water connections, and temporary utility supplies to deliver this landmark scheme.

PRESTON

Domis Utilities delivered key infrastructure for the City Walk development including a new high voltage substation and full internal electrical installation to all apartments. Works were completed to programme and integrated into the wider scheme.
